| Ceramics Saddles Testing Rule |
1.Fragmentation Disqualification if more than 30% of the rings in a batch were broken; Disqualification if more than two places of a ring were broken. 2.Interstice Disqualification if the interstice was wider than 0.8mm; Disqualification if there’s more than two interstices in a ring. 3. Chromatism Disqualification if there’s more than 50% of rings in a batch had chromatism or smutch. 4. Felt Disqualification if the rings felt together; Numbers of rings felt together should not above 0.5% of the package. 5. All the disqualified rings should not above 10% of the package. 6.Eyewinker, shiver and dust should not above 1% of the package. 7. Size Length + width + height should be in the standard area, thickness also should be in the standard area, either of the above mentioned two items exceed the standard area should not above 20% |
