This product has  excellent acid and heat resistance. It can standup to corrosion of various inorganic acids, organic acids and organic solvents except HF. It can be used in high or low temperature. Application ranges wide. It can be used in drying, absorbing,cooling and regenerating tower in chemical, metallurgic, coal gas and sir separation industry, etc. |

| Ceramics Rasching Rings Testing Rule |
1.Fragmentation
Disqualification if more than 30% of the rings in a batch were broken; Disqualification if more than two places of a ring were broken.
2.Interstice
Disqualification if the interstice was wider than 0.8mm; Disqualification if there’s more than two interstices in a ring.
3. Chromatism
Disqualification if there’s more than 50% of rings in a batch had chromatism or smutch.
4. Felt
Disqualification if the rings felt together; Numbers of rings felt together should not above 0.5% of the package.
5. All the disqualified rings should not above 10% of the package.
6.Eyewinker, shiver and dust should not above 1% of the package.
7. Size
Length + width + height should be in the standard area, thickness also should be in the standard area, either of the above mentioned two items exceed the standard area should not above 20% |
